Cards are submitted to BGS at the end of each month and are required to be dropped at Dream not later than the 25th. If they are received later, they will be placed into the following months submission

CARDS NEED TO BE IN A PENNY SLEEVE AND SEMI RIGID - TOP LOADERS ARE AVAILABLE AT DREAM COLLECTABLES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM.
