1. Purchase required grading slots via our website, select store pickup.
2. Place each card in a penny sleeve and semi-rigid holder (available to purchase in-store if required).
3. Take a photo of your cards & email to grading@pgcg.au with your order number.
4. Arrange cards in the order you want them graded.
5. Drop off at your desired store during opening hours.
6. You'll receive an email with a submission number to track progress once they are submitted.
7. Once grading is complete, pick up is available from PGCG Mordialloc or you have can them shipped back, please select which you prefer when checking out.

1. Place card in penny sleeve and semi rigid card holder. (if sent in top loaders, a $0.50 fee per card applies for swapping. Do not attach tabs to the sleeves.
2. Purchase your desired grading slots from our website, select your return postage method.
3. Arrange cards in the order you want them graded
4. Pack securely: cards between cardboard, bubble wrap then box (INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER AND NAME IN THE PACKAGE)
5. Ensure you have a photo of cards submitted for your records.

When do my cards need to be submitted by?

Cards must be received in-store or by mail in by the 25th of each month to be shipped out the first day of the following month. If they are received after this date, they will go into the following months submission.

How do I get my cards back?

Cards can be collected from PGCG, Mordialloc once they return or you can have them shipped back to you. Please make the selection at check out.

How can I track my submission?

We provide a link to our tracker when cards have been sent to the grading company chosen.

When is payment required?

Payment is required upfront. Any upcharges must be paid before cards will be released back to you.
