Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

 GRADING REFUNDS

If any of the grading companies cannot grade a card (incorrect size, language, they don't grade the card type yet etc) they MAY provide a refund of the grading fee only. This will not translate into a full refund of the grading fee you have paid us as the shipping to and from the company as well as insurance is still accounted for in the total grading sum we charge.

If the card is returned ungraded due to being unauthentic or similar, NO refunded is provided.
