Cards are submitted to PSA at the end of each month and are required to be dropped at Dream, or received by mail, no later than the 25th. If they are received later, they will be placed into the following months submission

CARDS NEED TO BE IN A PENNY SLEEVE AND SEMI RIGID CARD HOLDERS - THESE ARE AVAILABLE AT DREAM COLLECTABLES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM. PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH STICKY TABS TO THE SLEEVES
